Firearm Transfer FEE $40.00 Per Serialized Item
NFA Items Transfer Fee $100.00 Per Serialized Item(does not include $5 background fee)
Non-NFA - All transfers must include proper paperwork of where the firearm(s) is coming from and to whom the firearm is being transferred to with contact phone number(s). If from a licensed dealer an FFL must be included. If from a private individual a valid government issued photo ID with current address must be included with a contact phone number. The person picking up the transferred firearm must be the person on the paperwork provided, no exceptions.
All firearm transfer have a 3 business day hold in between date of purchase and date of pick up (excludes weekends and holidays).
Exceptions:
Valid Florida Concealed Weapons License for all serialized firearms/frames/receivers. Active Military, Active Law Enforcement or Corrections Officers for handgun & long gun. Valid Hunting License with Hunters Safety Card for long gun.
Non-Approvals will be sent back to the sender via a licensed FFL holder only. We will not ship back to individuals, any transfer fee's or background fee's will not be refunded. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost or any additional transfer fee with non-approvals.
​NFA - All NFA items (Suppressors, SBR & Machineguns) must have proper ATF forms, copy of class 3 license and customers name with contact phone number. For copy of license to transfer NFA items please contact the store 863-655-1010. All NFA items will not be released until proper approval of tax stamp through the ATF.
